Another common stress symptom is sleep problems and general feeling of anxiety which can cause high blood pressure and tightness of chest. If you keep tossing and turning in bed well into dawn, you could be suffering from a lot of stress. Stress can very well rob you of sleep. Anxiety can also make your life quite miserable.
